Class 3 go farming

Bradworthy Academy's Class 3 visited Julians Farm again, to get an insight into farming.

Well, another fantastic morning with Class 3.  We went looking at cows, calves and store cattle and learning about the differences between them all.  They all got to sit in our John Deere Tractor too.  After snack time, we went on a flower/leaf hunt to collect items to go into the flower presses. The children will be making something to do with the Rainforest next week when the flowers have time to dry and press.

Thank you Class 3 and parent helpers for a great morning.

Thank you Jenni I loved it today.
I loved the calves they were so cute and I loved the bullocks, you helped me get over my fear of bullocks

Class three had a great morning at Julian's farm. Despite the weather the children met the animals, had a sit in the tractor and pressed flowers and leaves! Great fun, thanks Jenni and Andrew!
