Its been a very busy day down on the farm today.
Class 6 joined us this afternoon for a Butterfly hunting expedition to the Culm.
We spotted Red Admirals, Speckled Wood, Marbled White, Meadow Brown, Six-spot Burnet Moth, and the elusive Marsh Fritillary. There were also lots of Chrysalis, so many more Butterflies will soon be making an appearance.
We also found a baby Fawn (we left it alone!) and lots of Orchids.
A very enjoyable Nature adventure.
