Roof work begins

What a gorgeous dry day to begin our roof work.

Today saw our local builder, Paul Newman, start work on our barn roof.  All the slates need stripping off, the rotten timbers removed and new timbers put in, before its re slated again.  Its going to look like new once its done by the end of the week (fingers crossed).
