So, last week saw the children all back to school and we saw our group 4 Care farmers students begin their 6 week course with us.
Welcome back, we hope you have had a great summer holidays. here is a quick update as to what has been happening down on the farm over the summer.
Yesterday saw the last day for our 3rd group of Care farmers. Another 6 weeks done, I don't know where the time has gone!
This morning we visited Kivells Livestock Market in Holsworthy !
Yesterday was a very exciting day down on the farm, as we welcomed Appledore Primary School Class 4 to the farm for the first time.
Last Thursday saw Reception Class of Bradworthy Primary Academy come out for their first farm visit.
Wednesday morning saw the Care Farming students come back for their 3rd wellie wednesday morning.
The second week of June was a very busy week down on the farm. We started on the Monday and Tuesday with Survival Days for Holsworthy Community College students. Specially selected students from Year 8 came out on the Monday and Year 9 on the Tuesday. What great 2 days we had.
